How to cancel LinkedIn Learning

Before you cancel

• There's no fixed contract, so you can cancel anytime. Your access simply runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
• Expect to be offered a retention discount or loyalty deal to make you stay. If you're sure you want to cancel, stand your ground.
• Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for another period.
• If you subscribed through Apple, Google or another provider, you must cancel with them, not LinkedIn Learning directly.
• Get a confirmation (on-screen or by email) and keep it as proof of the date you cancelled.

How to cancel LinkedIn Learning, step by step

1. On a desktop (the mobile Learning apps can't do this), click your profile photo, top right of your Learning homepage.
2. Click 'Purchases & Payments'.
3. Click 'Purchases' on the left.
4. Under 'Actions', select 'Cancel Subscription'.
5. Confirm cancellation in the pop-up. Access to Learning features continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
