How to cancel HelloFresh

A clear, step-by-step guide to cancelling your HelloFresh Food & Delivery, plus the things worth checking before you leave.

Before you cancel

  • There's no fixed contract, so you can cancel anytime. Your access simply runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Expect to be offered a retention discount or loyalty deal to make you stay. If you're sure you want to cancel, stand your ground.
  • There may be a notice period, so you can be billed for a short while after you ask to leave. Cancel as early as you can.
  • Cancel from the account you actually pay with, and make sure you're the billing owner before you start.
  • Get a confirmation (on-screen or by email) and keep it as proof of the date you cancelled.

How to cancel HelloFresh, step by step

  1. Sign in at hellofresh.co.uk and select your username (top right).
  2. Click 'Account settings', then make sure you are on 'Plan Settings'.
  3. Scroll down and click 'Stop my deliveries' (on the app: Menu or Account > Plan Settings > Cancel Plan).
  4. Work through the retention prompts (discounts, pauses, plan swaps) and confirm you want to cancel.
  5. You will get a confirmation email; keep it for your records.
